 The MD-20 Playhouse comes from prefab designer Edgar Blazona of Modular Dwellings. It's made with eco-friendly and sustainable birch plywood and non-toxic clear and painted finishes. Features rounded edges and is made in the USA by a GREEN GUARD CERTIFIED manufacturer. Removable colorful panels, two interior wall-mounted paper tablet holders (paper tablets not included) plus a marker and pen holder. Allow 2 weeks for manufacturing time. This item requires some assembly (estimated at 1-2 hours). Dimensions: 58-1/8"D X 67-1/2"W X 61/1/8"H Weight: GW 277 LBS. Playhouse care instructions: The Playhouse should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Lightly wipe with furniture oil to maintain the wood finish. This is not suitable for the outdoors.
